What do we do if a door is installed but then it won’t open or close?
Our highly experienced, AAADM-certified technical staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service any needs you might have. We can work during your company’s off-hours so we do not disturb your customers or work flow during the day. Automatic Doors of Chattanooga offers a 1 year maintenance agreement for new installs of automatic entrances at no charge to customers who keep equipment in good working order as impacted by ordinary wear and tear. If we repair something, it has a 90-day warranty. ADC also provides scheduled preventive maintenance during regular business hours with the schedule based on the specific needs of the equipment used.
